Weeks 5–8: The Caregiver Reset

You regain your own grounding.

We set healthy boundaries so you can be supportive without burning out or carrying the emotional load by yourself.

Weeks 9–12: Communication Bridges

You learn words, gestures, and timing that lower his defenses and make him feel safe to reconnect.

You also learn how to express your needs honestly — without guilt, pressure, or conflict.
